When will my handbag ship?

After you place your order your bag we aim to ship your item within 1-3 business days (Most often 1 day.) We understand your excitement to get your bag and will keep you updated with order updates. Feel free to log on anytime to see the status of your bag.

How will my order arrive?

our shipping mostly through USPS. Some international orders will ship with different carriers, you will be notified of the carrier when your order ships.  

What are the charges for shipping my bag?

Do you ship International?

Yes, of course! Most orders ship per item up to 5 pounds.  If your order exceeds the 5 pounds  we will notify you via email for the difference and carrier change. 

Custom Fees – International

Items that are shipped to countries outside these eight country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country.

International customers are responsible for all international fees and custom charges.

All items will be labeled correctly for the Postal Service. We cannot list the item as a gift or as a lower price. The price you pay for the bag is what will be listed. We list the item as pre-owned bag.

What is our Return Policy?

Do not remove tags from your bag to be eligible for a return. All returns must be unworn and returned within 3 business days. Please refer to the return policy for more details.
